Synchronous Rectification Controller with Integrated 100V MOSFET

The AKC6307B02 is a low drop, high-performance synchronous rectifier which integrates a 100V MOSFET. It is designed for the control of synchronous rectification in Flyback converter, and it can replace a diode rectifier for getting higher efficiency and power density.

The AKC6307B02 can be powered through SENSE pin without any auxiliary winding connected to VDD, and it can support DCM, CCM and Quasi-Resonant operations and wide output range in PD application. (From 3.3V to 21V for PD3.0 and PPS standard)
Furthermore, the light operation current at light load condition, the power dissipation is extremely low that the system is compatible with Energy star standard.

The AKC6307B02 is available in DFN 5×6 package.
